Question 1

What topics does this Primary 2 Maths module cover?

Accepted Answer

It covers the core KSSR Primary 2 syllabus: numbers up to 1,000, addition and subtraction with regrouping, multiplication tables of 2, 5 and 10, simple division, basic fractions, money, and time-telling exercises.

Question 2

Is this aligned with the Malaysia KSSR curriculum?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The exercises follow the standard KSSR (Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah) Primary 2 Mathematics learning outcomes, and the bar-modeling approach mirrors the widely-used Singapore Math method for solving word problems.

Question 3

How should parents help without giving away the answer?

Accepted Answer

Encourage your child to draw a bar model first, ask 'what do we know?' and 'what are we finding?' before jumping to arithmetic, and let them attempt the calculation themselves — step in only to check the model, not to supply the final number.

Question 4

Does this module collect any personal data from my child?

Accepted Answer

No. The module does not require login or collect personally identifiable information. Progress and scores are stored only in your browser's local storage, and this page serves non-personalized advertising in compliance with COPPA.
