By accessing or using SparkNova (also operating as Spark Circuit) and its Spark Junior, Spark Brain, and Spark Tech modules ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Educational Disclaimer

All cognitive tools, quizzes, and "IQ" style diagnostics offered on this Service (including but not limited to the Progressive Matrix IQ Test) are provided strictly for cognitive training and educational entertainment purposes. They do not constitute a certified psychometric assessment, clinical diagnosis, or official intelligence quotient measurement. Results should not be used for academic placement, employment, or medical decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, source code, and interactive modules on this Service are the property of SparkNova / Spark Circuit or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt operation, reverse-engineer proprietary modules, scrape content at scale, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SparkNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on cognitive test results or embedded third-party learning modules.
